Our last day Saturday the 13th was American Graffiti Day. We welcomed 17 vintage cars 🚘 and their proud owners. Our residents enjoyed looking at them and reminiscing their glory days driving similar vehicles in their younger years. Thank you to Angela Crabtree and Volkswagen The Wheels Of The World Club and Gary & Mary Osier and their group Vintage Vehicles Of Sun City.

It was a great way to end our week of celebration.

Thursday the 11th was our Western Day. Great bbq food by Chef Erik and our Culinary Team. We had live music provided by the Jeff Sullivan Trio. Lastly the dunk tank thank you to our AL Director Troy and Chef Erik for being such great sports in getting dunked. We had a great day filled with fun and laughter!!!

Continuing Carnival Day in the afternoon we had games, carnival food, music, and someone doing caricatures. Thank you to DJ Sugarbear and Flory Freshman great music and everyone loved getting their pictures drawn by Flory.

Wednesday the 10th was Carnival Day. We had Carter’s Farm Mobile Petting Zoo out in the morning. Our residents and staff get to be up close and personal with some cute animals!! We really wanted to keep a couple of them but they went back to the farm. We will see them again!!

Today continuing to celebrate AL week was our Casino Royale Day. A little gambling and some great food. Loads of fun was had by all!

"🎄✨ Grinchmas came to Immanuel Campus of Care! 🎁 Our Grinch-themed Christmas party was full of laughter, Whoville magic, and over 100 gifts for our amazing staff. The Grinch himself made an appearance, spreading chaos (and some holiday cheer!) while the team dazzled as Whovillians. Grateful to celebrate the season with such an incredible group. 💚❤️ "

Today, we had the honor of walking alongside our residents at the Alzheimer’s Walk. Together in our matching Immanuel shirts, we showed our commitment to raising awareness and supporting those affected by Alzheimer’s. One resident, after wheeling the walk, made sure to cross the finish line on foot—a beautiful reminder of resilience and strength. Every step we take brings us closer to a future without Alzheimer’s. 💜

Our team went all out with costumes this year, bringing extra smiles to our residents and adding a little extra BOO! to our care. From superheroes to silly pumpkins, our staff brought their A-game! Congrats to our costume contest winners – you really put the treat in trick-or-treat! 🍬👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️
