This sweet friend had a big goal to complete dressing tasks independently- and one of our focus areas was to improve his hand strength in order to be able to maintain a strong grip on his clothing items! Not pictured- for the first time ever he was able to independently doff his shirt and don his pants!! Huge leap forward for independence with self care skills🥳 Proud of you buddy!!.

As a DMI practitioner I am so grateful for every opportunity I have to do 1:1 mentorship sessions with the co-founders of DMI🙌 Thank you Jake for helping me grow! This sweet girl rocked her 2 week intensive🥳 We worked hard on trunk extension, functional transitions, and primitive reflex integration. We also incorporated Theratogs to assist with external rotation of her legs, to facilitate trunk extension & glute activation, as well as increased sensory input for improved body awareness. So so proud of you!❤️.
