Meet Brittany DeWitt, Our Amazing Infection Preventionist!
Brittany plays a vital role in protecting the health and well-being of our residents. She closely monitors and supports those battling any type of infection, ensuring they receive the highest quality care. By working closely with specialists, primary care providers, and every member of the healthcare team, Brittany ensures each resident’s treatment plan is thorough, coordinated, and compassionate.
When she’s not working directly with residents, Brittany is educating our staff on the most up-to-date practices to reduce the spread of illness. She also makes sure everyone is informed about available vaccines to help prevent the spread of viruses.
As we enter flu season, if you see Brittany walking the halls, please give her a big thank you for all the hard work she does to keep our community safe!
