Lie on your side near the edge of your bed, couch, or table with your legs stacked together. Keeping your upper body relaxed, slowly let your legs drop off the edge. Stop where it feels comfortable and breathe into the stretch.

Remember...don’t forget to do it on both sides! This helps keep your spine balanced and gives both sides of your lower back some love. Take it slow, breathe, and let gravity do the work. Simple moves like this = happy, tension free backs. 😌

Try this feel good stretch you can do right at home. Get down on all fours, keep your hands planted, and slowly sink your hips back toward your heels....go as far as feels good. Then breathe!

This move gives your spine a nice stretch, and helps release built up tension. No equipment, no pressure. It's just easy movement your back will thank you for. If it feels good, do it again. Your lower back deserves it!
