Job Description:
Sweet Home Adult Care Home is seeking a compassionate and
hardworking caregiver to join our team. Our caregivers are
passionate and strive to exceed expectations. As a caregiver, you will
be responsible for helping residents with all levels of care with ADL’s,
medication administration, light housing keeping, cooking,
communicating with other caregivers and reporting to the manager.
Requirements:
Current AZ Caregiver Certification
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current Negative TB Screening
Valid Driver’s License
Criminal Background Clearance

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Light housekeeping and cooking.
Medication administration.
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
