I ended my fast at 40 hrs with bacon and eggs. I felt like I needed to end it then because I had stuff I needed to get done but was feeling kind of weak. Boy ever since I ate, my energy has been through the roof... I got some packing done picked up a cooler. It's crazy. This is why I fast some times. I love it.

For all of you judges out there, I am not starving myself to lose weight. This is just used as a reset to detox my body. That is it. Yes you can use long term fasting as a weightloss method but I do not like fasting that way. I mainly just use it as a way to reset my body. It is an awesome tool when used correctly.

I am currently packing my apartment for a move back to Alabama next month. I was invited on a girls beach trip when I get there so I figured this is the perfect time to do a fast and reset. I have been eating a lot of cheese and dairy lately and it's caused me to gain some weight, especially in my stomach area. That has always been my struggle. I started on Wedensday night at 6 pm. Hoping to make it at least 48 hours which would be tonight at 6 pm. Follow me as I try to get ready for the beach and Summer. These are from the day I started the fast.
