When you are feeling stressed, stop and make a list of all the things that are stressing you out in that moment and categorize each of them realistically into 2 categories: which ones are something you can affect and change, and which ones you can't do anything about, no matter what. The items that fall into that second category? Toss them out! Instead, focus only on the things that you actually CAN do something about, and gradually mark them off your list as you conquer them. As much as we'd like to, we can't control everything. So be realistic, and just breathe through the stuff you can't control and let it go.

So this is a great book to teach children about the digestive system and what is normal and not normal. It's so important to teach our kids about their bodies in great detail like this, so they have the k owledge to tell us when something isn't right and to make better choices regarding their health as they grow and mature.
