River Banks is one of those quietly powerful green, ultra-hydrating cucumber, mineral-rich celery, cleansing parsley, warming ginger, and bright lemon juices to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and gently flush the body of all the yucky stuff. It’s crisp, refreshing, and leaves you feeling clean and energized without being overwhelming. (We tweaked the original recipe a tad and came out with this slightly savory deliciousness)

You all really showed up for us today and in recent days. Our prayers are being answered in ways that remind us we’re not walking this season alone - we’re being carried by community, faith, and so much love.

We’re so honored to support our church family during this 21-day fast 🤍

Our heart is to keep things simple and supportive - offering online ordering, pickup, and delivery during our regular hours (Tues–Wed 9–2, Thurs–Sat 9–4), so you can focus on prayer, rest, and nourishment. We also offer weekly home deliveries every Friday for those who want to plan ahead and stay steady through the week.

Bone broth will be available Wednesday-Saturday!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and walking through this season together. 🤍
