Here’s how to keep your little one safe:

• Keep them in the shade (use stroller canopies or pop-up tents)
• Dress them in lightweight, breathable UPF clothing + a hat
• Avoid sunscreen unless directed by your doctor
• Watch for overheating signs like flushed cheeks or fewer wet diapers

✅ SPF 30+ applied 15–30 minutes before sun
✅ Reapply every 2 hours (especially if swimming!)
✅ Hats, sunglasses, and shade breaks
