Last night we celebrated our company end of year party. Grand Regency of Peoria took home awards that show the amazing dedication and commitment this team has to serving seniors!

🏆 Stephanie Smith, received the company award for Best Director of Nursing. Stephanie is self-sufficient and effectively holds her team accountable, which fosters a respectful work environment and contributes to low staff turnover. She interacts confidently with state surveyors and serves as a dedicated advocate for her residents. Stephanie is a true leader in the community and respected by her peers & colleagues.

🏆 The community also received the Community Choice Award - for maintaining high census throughout the year.

Congratulations to all team members who serve the community!! 🎉
