💆‍♀️ How Does Lymphatic Massage Help?
Lymphatic massage (also called manual lymphatic drainage) is a very gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system — the part of your immune and detox system that moves lymph fluid through the body.
Unlike deep tissue massage, it uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph flow.
