Most people are told anxiety is “in their head.

Clinically, that’s not what I see.

What I see—over and over again—is pressure building in the body.
When lymph flow is restricted, fluid and cellular waste can’t drain properly.
That pressure overstimulates the nervous system.

The result feels like anxiety, panic, restlessness, or overwhelm.
This is why breathing alone doesn’t always work.
If nothing is draining, the pressure stays.

That’s why I always start by opening flow first.

One of the simplest tools I teach is the LymphMan Shoulder Shuffle, 20–30 repetitions, two to three times a day.

When flow opens, pressure drops.
And when pressure drops, relief follows.

If you’ve been doing “all the right things” and still struggling to improve your mental or physical health, I want to share something important with you.
Most people don’t realize this:
Many chronic health issues begin with lymphatic congestion.

Try this simple technique to improve whole-body lymph flow.
Sit with good posture.
Place your hand over the center of your upper chest.
Put your thumb gently on one clavicle (collar bone in front of your neck)
Put two fingers gently on the other clavicle
No Pressure! Hold for a few minutes.
Take a few DEEP Breaths
By taking control and opening your lymphatic system you should feel more relaxed and flowing for a while.

The lymphatic system is your body’s primary drainage and detox network. When it becomes restricted, waste builds up, inflammation rises, and healing slows down — no matter what supplements, diets, or routines you try.

This is where my work comes in.

I work as a medical intuitive, specializing in the lymphatic system.

Through Distant Lymphatic Healing sessions, we meet over Zoom. You stay comfortably at home — sitting in a lounge chair, on the couch, or lying in bed — and I work with your body energetically.
