Most people are told anxiety is “in their head.
Clinically, that’s not what I see.
What I see—over and over again—is pressure building in the body.
When lymph flow is restricted, fluid and cellular waste can’t drain properly.
That pressure overstimulates the nervous system.
The result feels like anxiety, panic, restlessness, or overwhelm.
This is why breathing alone doesn’t always work.
If nothing is draining, the pressure stays.
That’s why I always start by opening flow first.
One of the simplest tools I teach is the LymphMan Shoulder Shuffle, 20–30 repetitions, two to three times a day.
When flow opens, pressure drops.
And when pressure drops, relief follows.
If this reframes anxiety for you, I want to invite you to go deeper.
In a few weeks, I’ll be opening enrollment for my 8-Week Reboot Health with the Lymphatic System Course, starts February 17th—a step-by-step program designed to help you:
• Reduce physical pressure in the body
• Calm the nervous system naturally
• Improve lymph flow, detoxification, and energy
• Build daily habits that support long-term brain and body health
This isn’t about forcing the body to “calm down.”
It’s about giving it a way to release.

In the meantime, I recommend starting with my free LymphMan’s Lymphatic System Health Guide.

It will help you understand where pressure builds and how to begin improving flow right away.
Your body is always communicating.
When you listen—and support flow—it knows how to heal.
Let me know if you have any questions on how one of our courses, a Lymphatic Health Coaching Call, and a Distance Lymphatic Healing Session can help improve your health.
Keep Flowing!
Have a great day!
