Dr. McCavitt pursued his passion to help people recover from injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle at National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997. He opened his practice, McCavitt Chiropractic & Acupunture, in 2003 in Peoria, Illinois.

​Dr. McCavitt actively partners with patients who seek alternative health solutions to drugs and surgery. He stays active and spends his free time with his wife and son.
