Processing these distressing experiences with a therapist can be very beneficial, healing, and transformative. Let's work together to release those limiting expectations, modify those fixed beliefs, and increase your ability to cope and function. Are you ready to become the best version of yourself and change your life for the better? I specialize in treating issues related to addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem concerns, adjustment difficulties, anger, and stress management. Using a systemic and strengths-based approach, we will incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into your sessions to help you identify and reach your goals. I am a patient, nurturing and direct therapist. It is my goal to provide clients with a compassionate and non-judgmental environment so that clients can safely express and process their vulnerabilities, experience healing, find balance, and improve their lives one day a time.
