Let's work together to release those limiting expectations, modify those fixed beliefs, and increase your ability to cope and function. I specialize in treating issues related to addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem concerns, adjustment difficulties, anger, and stress management. Using a systemic and strengths-based approach, we will incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into your sessions to help you identify and reach your goals. I am a patient, nurturing and direct therapist. It is my goal to provide clients with a compassionate and non-judgmental environment so that clients can safely express and process their vulnerabilities, experience healing, find balance, and improve their lives one day a time.
