STUDE (studio) LOVE + REMINDERS 💜

Our classes are HOT n’ sweaty 🔥💦 so we strongly encourage bringing:
- water
- a towel
- a yoga mat
We do have water to refill bottles, extra towels if needed, and mats if you forget 💜

You can pre-register through our website or the Mindbody app but it isn’t required! Drop-ins are always welcome, just keep in mind classes can get hella full!

Student/teacher pricing is available for in-studio purchase only with an active student or teacher ID.

And for our members: we have a 30-day cancellation policy for memberships, so if you ever need to pause or cancel, just try to give us a little heads up.

✨ Backbending & Shoulder Opening Workshop with ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Ashlyn Peters to the studio for a world‑class workshop you won’t want to miss. Her expertise in backbends and shoulder mobility is truly next level — you’ll leave feeling open, strong, and energized.

In this specialty workshop, Ashlyn will guide you through a dynamic warm-up blending vinyasa yoga, mat Pilates, and light cardio, targeted shoulder mobility and stretching to safely prepare your body, and progressive back bending techniques and postures to build flexibility and strength. You will finish with a grounding cool down to leave you feeling balanced, calm, and refreshed

All levels are welcome — come as you are and explore what’s possible in your practice. We can’t wait to see you!

It's simple - food is a human right. The recent news about families struggling to access food has really touched our hearts. Across our community, we’re hearing more and more calls for food drive donations and it’s impossible not to feel moved to do something.

So, for the entire month of November, we’re inviting our students, instructors, friends, and family to join us in supporting our local food drive. Please bring non-perishable and canned food items to the studio, every donation helps nourish someone in need.

We’re deeply grateful to our own , whose connection with the school she teaches at inspired this initiative. All donations will go directly to the Annie Jo Gordon School Food Drive, helping to support an amazing community of children, mothers, families, and neighbors right here at home.

Let’s keep showing up for each other with open hearts, soft hands, and compassion. Sometimes, a small act of kindness can mean everything to someone else. 💫
