Did you know using Ozone through the cpap machine may void the cpap machine warranty? Instead just wipe it down weekly. Use baby shampoo with warm water on CPAP supplies, 1:3 water to distilled white vinegar in the water chamber weekly and remember to change your PAP filter.

Its easy and by golly its the right way to maintain you machine and pap supplies!

Do you Know CPAP is different than Bilevel therapy? Both are used for treating "Sleep Apnea". One is often chosen for treating (OSA) obstructive sleep apnea the other therapy maybe better at treating (CSA) Central Sleep Apnea and/or including hypoventilation and its common that either type of therapies maybe used for Complex Sleep Apnea.

Prolly scratching your head now because it is confusing.

I see a lot of ads nowadays offering chin strap, oral appliance, mouth tape and shock devices for fixing "Sleep Apnea" then I think for which OSA, CSA or complex apnea then scratch my head.

I suggest discussing the complicated Sleep Apnea topic and treatment options with a physician before possibly harming yourself or wasting your money.
