Turning 60 in a 115,000 acre reserve in South Africa last month.
A great kick off towards my next journey!!!
Never to late to evolve & grow right?
Enrolled in the international FOREST BATHING PRACTITIONER TRAINING.
From my Cardiac & Diabetes Nursing, Master Gardening, & Yoga Teaching this goes to the next level in the forest or Ocean setting. Nature can be so healing……….
