March is Colore**al Cancer Awareness Month, a time to spread awareness of this disease and promote healthy lifestyle choices and regular screening. Did you know colore**al cancer is the third-most diagnosed cancer in both men and women (excluding skin cancers)? According to the American Cancer Society…

⚕️ About 106,590 cases of colon cancer (54,210 in men and 52,380 in women) will be diagnosed in 2024.

⚕️ About 46,220 cases of re**al cancer (27,330 in men and 18,890 in women) will be diagnosed in 2024.

⚕️ Men carry a 1 in 23 chance of developing colore**al cancer in their lifetime, while women carry a 1 in 25 chance.

⚕️ Colore**al cancer is expected to claim about 53,010 lives in 2024.

Remember, 90% of colore**al cancer deaths can be prevented by regular screening. If you’re 45 or older, schedule a colonoscopy every 10 years and reduce your risk of serious illness.
