After a 6-month stay at the Children's Hospital, Nadia and Angelo are home with their family just in time for the holidays. We're so proud to have provided the family a place to call home during this journey. 🦃🥧

Family House would like to say thank you 💐 to Anna, Marissa, and Allie, and the Heart of Illinois AACN Chapter for preparing dinner last week for the families. It means a lot to be able to come in from a long day at the hospital to a warm, home-cooked meal. 🍽

The patients and caregivers at Family House may be going through their most difficult times, but a warm holiday meal can offer comfort and hope during the holiday season.

We welcome your donations to ensure every family has a special Thanksgiving meal.

🦃 Turkeys
🥔 Side Dishes: Potatoes, stuffing mix, green bean casserole ingredients, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, eggs
🍞 Rolls
🥛 Pantry Staples: Gravy, butter, canned vegetables, milk, brown sugar, marshmallows, cooking spray, mayonnaise, mustard, cooking pans, etc.

A huge thank you to the Faithful Daughters of the King Bible Study Group for coming out to Family House! We so appreciate you ladies making the grab-and-go lunch bags for our guests. They really liked having a lunch they could take with them to the hospital.
