What a wonderful morning spent together at our Muffins & Mimosas event! 🥂

Our residents loved visiting with their families while enjoying delicious muffins, refreshing drinks, and lots of laughter. Events like these remind us just how special our community truly is. 💜

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Activity Staff for all of their hard work preparing and organizing this beautiful morning. Your dedication helps create meaningful memories for our residents and families every day!

Day 3 of Nurses Week was filled with fun, food, and lots of laughter! 🩺

Our nurses took over the back activity room for a special luncheon complete with delicious food, games, and some well-deserved time together. It was wonderful seeing everyone relax, enjoy each other’s company, and share plenty of smiles throughout the afternoon.

Day 2 of Nurses Week was all about a little rest and relaxation for our amazing nursing team!

Today, our nurses were given 30 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to relax, recharge, and focus on themselves. With calming music, peaceful scenery, and essential oils filling the room, it was the perfect opportunity to slow down during a busy week.

Our Wellness Director, Saedi, decided it was the perfect lunch break, while others took the time to simply close their eyes and enjoy some much-needed meditation and self-care.

We are so grateful for the compassion, dedication, and hard work our nurses give every single day. Taking time to care for those who care for others is so important!

Rainy skies and chilly temperatures may have kept us from planting flowers this afternoon, but our residents didn’t let that stop the fun! 🌧️

Instead, we moved to “Plan B” and spent the afternoon learning and enjoying a game of Phase 10 together. Residents had a great time picking up the rules, sharing laughs, and getting a little competitive along the way!

Games like Phase 10 are more than just entertainment — they help encourage social interaction, memory recall, problem-solving, and concentration, all while bringing everyone together for a fun afternoon indoors.

Sometimes the simplest activities become the favorites! 🎲

Our residents have been loving games of Yahtzee lately, and it has quickly turned into one of our favorite “fill in” activities between scheduled events. It’s the perfect way to spend time together, share some laughs, and spark a little friendly competition.

Not only is Yahtzee fun, but it also offers great benefits for older adults, including:
🧠 Encouraging memory and critical thinking
🎲 Supporting hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
💬 Promoting social interaction and conversation
😊 Helping reduce stress while boosting mood and engagement

Had to show appreciation to our night shift nurse, Nicole tonight! 🤗

Nicole is one of our float pool nurses that helps fill in on days and nights at Bellevue as well as working her full time job with Transitions Care ! ❤️

Nicole is a great nurse and we love having her here at Bellevue taking care of our residents!

She is also an amazing hospice nurse that we have worked very close with many times when residents need hospice services while living with us. It takes a special person to be a hospice nurse and the level of compassion for residents and their families!

Thank you very much for all you do for us at Bellevue! We appreciate you very much!

Our Muffins & Mimosas event is happening this Saturday at 9:00am, and we can't wait to spend the morning with our wonderful residents and their families!

We’re kicking off Nurses Week the best way we know how… with a little caffeine and a whole lot of appreciation! ☕

Today we treated our amazing nurses to “Thanks a Latte” coffee from Scooter's Coffee to start the week off right. It’s just a small token of our gratitude for the compassion, dedication, and heart they pour into their work every single day.

From early mornings to late nights, our nurses truly make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. We are so lucky to have such an incredible team!

Be sure to thank a nurse this week—they deserve it more than words can say! 💐🩺

Our residents are celebrating in the most delicious way—with a festive taco bar for lunch this afternoon! From tasty toppings to flavorful favorites, everyone is building their perfect plate and enjoying every bite.

The Activity Department truly brought the fiesta to life, decorating with bright colors and cheerful décor that filled the room with energy and smiles. 💃
