I have always loved to be active.....my whole life. In fact, “Exercise Instructor” was on my bucket list at age 40. I started as a Zumba instructor, but after 6 years, my hips couldn’t take all that movement. I found myself in a PiYo class in an effort to increase my flexibility. What I found was that it was a core strengthening, low-impact cardio and flexibility class. I was hooked! It was exactly what my body needed! So at age 52, I became a PiYo instructor! Barre and Pilates fit right in there with PiYo and thus became my physical mantra. Teaching these classes gives me great joy! I love to help people reach their fitness goals....to see the smile on their faces as they master a skill or celebrate with them when they lose weight. It’s my passion...its my plan.I know what these exercise formats have done for my body and what they can do for yours. I feel I am in the best shape of my life! Let me help you reach your best!
