I want you to know that you can be your genuine self and talk about anything inside this room. I'm here for you for all of it - the great, the bad, the ugly, the wonderful chapters and the darkest places you feel you'll never be able to come back from.

🌞 Take Vitamin D3 supplement daily

🌞 Expose your body to bright light in the morning
(Bright light lamps are great but make sure you purchase a high quality lamp like the Carex lightbox on Amazon)

🌞 Engage in 30 minutes of movement daily, whatever feels good for your body

🌞 Shift to indoor activities that you enjoy - this might be arts & crafts, indoor sports leagues, music classes, book clubs

The knowledge and enthusiasm in the room were palpable, and I'm so grateful to have met such amazing individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of mothers. Together, we can empower women to navigate the challenges of motherhood with confidence and compassion.
