✨🎄 Holiday Cheer at Family Partners Peoria DTA! 🎄✨
Today the members celebrated a joyful Holiday Luncheon filled with laughter, good food, and lots of festive magic. We were thrilled to welcome Mr. & Mrs. Claus, who stopped by to share holiday spirit and visit with everyone!

Members enjoyed a delicious meal together, ate cookies, and ended the celebration with a fun raffle where the Clauses handed out gift cards to lucky winners. 🎁

We’re so grateful for moments like these that bring our Family Partners community together. Happy Holidays! ✨

We’re excited to welcome our newest ADH provider to Family Partners.
Her love and generosity comes with the passion for empowering the member to truly shine.
Together, they’re already building a strong connection, focusing on independence, engagement, and personalized care. From daily activities to supportive services, this partnership is all about helping the member thrive in a warm, safe, and encouraging environment.

Family Partners LLC works with the families of children and adults with developmental disabilities. Since we started in 2000, our goals are to help your loved ones with everyday activities to become more independent, and when applicable, assimilate them into the workplace environment with local community partners. Our licensed caregivers provide one-on-one or group care with developmentally disabled individuals in a variety of quality and meaningful services throughout Maricopa County and now in Yuma, AZ.

Your loved one can receive and benefit from the following services from Family Partners LLC:

-Speech therapy - Occupational therapy - Physical therapy - Habilitation - Respite care - Attendant care - Day treatment and training for adults (ie. Special Olympics, music therapy, community outings) - Group Supported Employment (GSE) - Child/Adult Developmental Homes
