Our November Employee of the Month is Rich Gaffin, RPh. Rich is an incredibly kind and supportive pharmacist who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our patients receive the very best care. He takes great pride in his work, approaches every situation with professionalism, and is quick to step in, problem-solve, and take initiative when challenges arise.
Rich brings an impressive level of knowledge and experience, and his ability to handle even the most difficult phone calls with calmness, compassion, and clarity sets him apart. He treats every patient and every co-worker with respect and dignity, and he does so with a positive attitude day after day. Whether he is helping troubleshoot an issue, answering clinical questions, or supporting his fellow pharmacists, Rich is always willing to help — and he does so with a genuine heart for service.
His teammates describe him as dependable, hardworking, and a joy to work with — and we couldn’t agree more. Rich is truly an integral part of our team and an incredible asset to PHA.
