Our March Employee of the Month is Dannelle White, CPhT. In her role as a Patient Care Technician, Dannelle handles data entry and billing tasks, conducts audits, and fills and totes prescriptions before they move into the lab or to a pharmacist for final verification.
Dannelle brings a positive attitude and a smile to work each day, no matter how busy things get. Over the past several weeks, she has taken on the role of our primary full-time typer and has done an incredible job keeping workflows moving smoothly. Her dedication, focus, and reliability have been a tremendous support to the entire team.
She has also done a great job stepping in to assist at the drop-off window, always going above and beyond to help both patients and providers. Dannelle consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help wherever she is needed.
In addition to her daily responsibilities, Dannelle makes a point to check in on her coworkers and ensure everyone feels supported. She often goes the extra mile with thoughtful gestures and has even taken initiative in planning team-building activities that help strengthen morale across the team.
