May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We take this time to bring to light the struggles that can come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. Antepartum anxiety and depression can be distressing and manageable with proper recognition, support and resources from your Healthcare team. In the postpartum period, you may face baby blues, depression and even psychosis. If you are having concerns or symptoms, please call your Healthcare provider immediately or seek crisis help. We are here to support you in this journey.
