✨🩰🎀 It’s Tutus & Tattoos Tuesday! 🎀🩰✨

Every 2nd Tuesday, our Mission Partners bring extra smiles by rocking their tutus and spreading joy to kids and families. This month was extra special – we celebrated National Teddy Bear Day 🧸, welcomed the talented Peoria Ballet Company for a magical performance 💃 and dressed in gold tutus 💛 to support Paint the Town Gold happening all month long.

The dancers twirled, the kiddos clapped and everyone was left with full hearts (and teddy bears in hand 🧸💕).

Join us for the 19th Annual NICU Small Wonders Miracle Reunion on Saturday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center.

This open house event is a time to celebrate, remember and reconnect with those who received and gave care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Families can enjoy activities, entertainment, snacks and a silent auction. All proceeds benefit the NICU Family Advisory Board for Patient Experience.

Is your child's car seat installed correctly?

Proper installation is essential to keep little passengers safe. Even the best car seat will not protect your child if it’s not secured tightly. Remember, kids under thirteen should always ride in the backseat because it's the safest spot in the car.

🏀📚 Slam dunk for storytime!

This National Read a Book Day, Bradley Braves Men's Basketball brought their A-game to our kiddos—the players read stories, signed autographs and spent time with kids and families. From courtside to storytime, it was a morning full of fun, friendship and a love for reading!

🚨 Car Seat Check Event! 🚨

Keep your little ones safe on the road! Join us Tuesday, September 9, from 1–3 p.m. at the Peoria Fire Department, 505 NE Monroe St., Peoria, IL 61603, for a car seat check.

A representative from IDOT will be on-site with safety materials and giveaways for families in the 61603 and 61605 area codes.
