"A wonderful rehab facility!!! The staff were marvelous - in particular, the following: The nurses (Debra, Michelle, Arsenio!! ) and the CNAs. The therapists were excellent, too. I would come back here if I need any more rehab down the line. Facility is well-kept, clean and pleasant (no Old Folks Home smells) and decorated soothingly. "FREEDOM PLAZA CARE is a 5 star facility. This is a very well run organization. My mother was admitted for 15 days to receive rehabilitation after a fall. The rooms are spacious, the care was very good, housekeeping is top notch. The facility smelled clean and the decor was very attractive and inviting. There are several covered patios to sit outside.
