Charlotte "Char" O'Connor

Charlotte (Char) O’Connor, 78, of (Lake Camelot), Mapleton, Illinois passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026. She was the oldest of four children born to Frank and Julia Tezak in 1947 in Joliet, IL. She is preceded in death by her siblings; Beverly (Terry) Briese, James (Patricia) Tezak, and Thomas Tezak, and survived by her sister-in-law Pamela.

She attended Joliet Junior College and graduated from Silver Cross School of X-ray Technology. She worked for Associated Radiologist in Joliet, IL. She moved to Glasford, IL with her husband Patrick M. O’Connor Sr. in 1970. He was the love of her life, and they were married 42 years before he died in 2011.

Together they raised three beloved sons: Patrick Jr. (Keri), Shawn, and Casey (Angela) O’Connor all residing in Lake Camelot. They were blessed with seven grandchildren; Bailey, Zachary, Braiden, Griffin, Ian, Delaney, and Kelsey and one great grandchild, Myloh O’Connor. They were the light of her life.

Char worked at Illini Bluffs High School and taught swimming in Glasford for 12 years. She was a certified WSI instructor through the American Red Cross. She refereed girls IHSA volleyball and softball for 12 years. She worked for Dr. John Sheen, psychiatrist and Medical Director of the Human Service Center in Peoria, IL. She then worked for Snelling Personnel Services as an executive recruiter for 16 years, achieving top performance awards for 14 of those years.

Char cherished her friends and the community of Lake Camelot, where she lived for 37 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, swimming, crafts, and playing card and board games with her grandchildren. She was a life-time loyal Cubs fan.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cards can be sent from and condolences left at illinicremation.com

William Frank Farley, Jr.

William Frank Farley, Jr., 66, of Sparland passed away on March 06, 2026 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born to William and Mary (Seidel) Farley, Sr. on December 15, 1959 in Spring Valley, IL.

William liked fishing, outdoors, mud bogs, spending time with friends, and enjoying life to the fullest! He loved being part of the groundskeeping of Sparland.

He is survived by his brother, Tracy (Tina) Farley; nieces, Rachel Sheridan(Nick)and Leslie Nighsonger; nephews Tracy Farley Jr (Brittany), Austin Farley (Rhiannon), Brett Rainey And Jeremy Jason; and a lot of great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents and sister, Faye Nighsonger; brother, Robert Farley; niece, Elizabeth Nighsonger; and nephew, Ezekiel Freeman.

Zachary Tyler White

Zachary Tyler White, 35, of Peoria passed away on March 05, 2026 in Peoria, IL. He was born to Kent White and Kristina Cope-Mize on January 02, 1991 in Peoria, IL.

Zach was a loving father and his daughter, Angela, was the light of his life. He loved his family, had a sweet soul, and enjoyed making people laugh. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Survived by daughter: Angela White, Mackinaw, IL; mother: Joani Cope-Mize (Larry), Mackinaw, IL; brothers: Joshua White (Devon), Morton, IL; Seth White, Creve Coeur, IL; Tyler White, Glasford, IL; sister: Bailey White, Peoria, IL, step-father: Rick Ellis, Morton, IL; step-brothers: Jonathan Ellis (Natalie) Utah; Joshua Pinnow (Leah), Texas; and stepsister: Samantha Wren Bostrom, Montana. He also leaves behind one niece and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father: Kent White (survived by Heather); and step-sister: Amanda Michelle Ellis.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Clifford E. Crull

Clifford Eugene Crull, 78, of Chillicothe passed away on February 20, 2026 at the Arc at Chillicothe. He was born March 25, 1947 to William and Marie (Kaiser) Crull in Peoria, IL.

Cliff enjoyed spending time with friends. He was a Masonic Mason and member of Peoria Casting Club. Cliff also loved to garden.

He is survived by his brother, Gary (Mary K) Crull of Texas; nephew, Gary Lee Crull II of Indianapolis; niece, Faith Marie (Michael) Howells (Crull) and nephew, Ethan Howells of Texas; nephews, Michael and Kyle Crull of Georgia; cousins, Harry Crull, Gary F Crull, Christine Purham, Danny Crull of Chillicothe, Lynn Dunbar of Henry and special friend, Kenny Williamson, who was very dear to Cliff.

Cliff is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Paul.

Tentatively , a memorial will be scheduled in Chillicothe in Mid June with burial in the Chillicothe Cemetery. Further information will be provided at later date.
