Recap from the IAFP conference this past weekend! We want to say a huge congrats to our very own Dr. Griebel on his award as teacher of the year. We truly cannot think of a better recipient and are so thankful to learn from him. We also want to highlight Dr. Jaffer’s physician boot camp, Dr. Fons and Dr. Park had strong representation on the IAFP board, and thanks for Dr. Bull and Dr. Bonillo for their strong representation of our program.

Another successful culinary kitchen learning about and cooking for the gut microbiome. We used fermented ingredients like kimchi, miso, tempeh, and yogurt, and foods with fiber like beans, fruit, and oatmeal! On the menu was Mexican bean soup, kimchi pancakes, frittata with a yogurt sauce, smoothie bowls, Thai tempeh bowls and more!
