Happy Saturday! I get a lot of messages about what is it I do for a living. I wanted to break things down hopefully in a way that makes more sense.

I am a therapist in private practice so I provide counseling to people. Specifically, I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have specialized training and certificates to deal with anxiety and PTSD as well as other trauma issues.

I have also been sober for over 16 years and work really well with people struggling with addiction. The acupuncture protocol I use can really help people going through withdrawl symptoms.

This past year I began integrating acupuncture and sound healing into my practice as it has powerful physiological effects on the nervous system. These two particular tools create an extremely powerful grounding experience which helps people to calm their nervous system and helps the therapeutic process.

On their own, acupuncture and sound healing can create meaningful change, so I began offering them for people who are not wanting counseling.
