🍓 Today in the Teaching Kitchen at Sierra Winds… 🧑‍🍳

Our talented chefs, Chris and Bernice, whipped up a delicious no-bake berry cheesecake — and it was a hit! From creamy layers to a burst of fresh berries, residents enjoyed every bite (and learned how to make it themselves too!).

💧☀️ Aqua Aerobics with Ciara! ☀️💧

This summer, our residents are staying active and cool with Aqua Aerobics led by Ciara! Her energy, encouragement, and fun routines are the perfect recipe for a healthy and happy summer. 🏊‍♀️💪

Whether it’s stretching, splashing, or just enjoying the sunshine together, these poolside sessions are keeping everyone moving and smiling all season long!

Today, we had a wonderful time painting with Gloria in our art class! We welcomed a new instructor who led us through a beautiful mountain landscape painting session. It was a great turnout, and everyone had a blast unleashing their creativity. 🏞️🖌️

We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Brittany McArthur, MD is joining the Sierra Winds Healthcare team as our new Medical Director!

Dr. McArthur comes to us from Curana Health, bringing with her a deep passion for senior care, a warm bedside manner, and a heartfelt commitment to treating every patient like family. Since beginning her healthcare journey, she has completed a specialized fellowship in senior care an experience that sparked her lifelong dedication to this important work.
