This season, the Living to Serve Foundation is sponsoring a family for a Thanksgiving Shopping Trip because times are rough and everyone deserves to enjoy a holiday meal filled with gratitude and love.

We’re looking for a survivor or thriver who could use a little extra help this Thanksgiving.

Eligibility:
✅Must meet income guidelines:
* $40,000 or less (single)
* $65,000 or less (married)

✅Must be available to shop Wednesday, November 13th (late afternoon)

✅Must be willing to verify income and survivor/thriver status

How to Apply or Nominate Someone: Send an email to livingtoservefoundation@gmail.com expressing interest or recommending a deserving family.

Please include:
* Your (or nominee’s) name
* Contact information
* A brief note on why this family should be selected

Just because Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over doesn’t mean the work stops here!

Getting your mammogram is one of the best ways to take care of yourself and you don’t have to do it alone.

Join us tomorrow for our mammogram event with Carle Health. If you’re feeling a little nervous, don’t worry ….you’ll be surrounded by a circle of women showing up for the same reason: to take charge of their health and support one another.

Let’s keep the movement going because awareness is year-round, and so is self-care.

We’ve reached the final session of our Survive & Thrive series and we’re ending on a powerful note!

Join us for a restorative Chair Yoga Session designed to promote flexibility, relaxation, and holistic well-being with Alisha Wyatt! Alisha is a social worker by day and fitness enthusiast by.....well, all the time!

Alisha is all about self-care, mixing up good nutrition, group fitness, strength training, HIIT, and yoga. Fitness is her jam, and she loves cheering you on and making a healthy lifestyle fun and fabulous.

We’re also honored to feature Janet Forinash, a board-certified women’s health physical therapist and valued member of the Carle breast interdisciplinary team. Janet specializes in breast cancer rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and lymphedema therapy, and brings a deep passion for supporting breast cancer survivors on their journey to recovery and strength.

This session will be offered in a hybrid format so you can attend in person or virtually.

Come ready to move, breathe, and be inspired as we focus on healing the body and nurturing the spirit together.
