We are honored to receive a 2026 Community Impact Donation from Carle Health in support of The Living to Serve Foundation. This gift will help us continue providing vital health education and support to low-income and minority women in our community.

We are grateful for this partnership and Carle Health’s commitment to improving community health. Together, we’re making a difference.

Today, Living to Serve Foundation had the absolute honor of blessing a deserving family with a full Thanksgiving shopping trip.

Seeing this shopping cart filled with food and hearts overflow with gratitude, reminds us exactly why we do this work.💙

We are thankful for the opportunity to serve, to give back, and to pour into survivors and thrivers who continue to show strength every day.

Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and helps us be a light in our community.

Together, we can continue to show what it truly means to live to serve.

This season, the Living to Serve Foundation is sponsoring a family for a Thanksgiving Shopping Trip because times are rough and everyone deserves to enjoy a holiday meal filled with gratitude and love.

We’re looking for a survivor or thriver who could use a little extra help this Thanksgiving.

Eligibility:
✅Must meet income guidelines:
* $40,000 or less (single)
* $65,000 or less (married)

✅Must be available to shop Wednesday, November 13th (late afternoon)

✅Must be willing to verify income and survivor/thriver status

How to Apply or Nominate Someone: Send an email to livingtoservefoundation@gmail.com expressing interest or recommending a deserving family.

Please include:
* Your (or nominee’s) name
* Contact information
* A brief note on why this family should be selected

‼️Deadline to apply: November 4, 2025

‼️Notification of selected family: by November 7, 2025

It’s Mammogram Time — Tomorrow!

Just because Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over doesn’t mean the work stops here!

Getting your mammogram is one of the best ways to take care of yourself and you don’t have to do it alone.

Join us tomorrow for our mammogram event with Carle Health. If you’re feeling a little nervous, don’t worry ….you’ll be surrounded by a circle of women showing up for the same reason: to take charge of their health and support one another.

Let’s keep the movement going because awareness is year-round, and so is self-care.

We’ve reached the final session of our Survive & Thrive series and we’re ending on a powerful note!

Join us as we partner with Carle Health to offer FREE mammogram screenings and celebrate our shared commitment to better health. Together, we’ve learned, grown, and supported one another through this journey and now it’s time to keep that momentum going!

Let’s come together one more time to reflect, celebrate, and continue holding each other accountable for a lifetime of wellness.
