Our stretch this week focuses on a small muscle near the front of your hip called the tensor fascia latae or TFL. This muscle can cause hip, low back, and IT band pain when it is tight. To stretch it, you can place one foot in front of the other and shift the hip of your back foot to the side. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
