Dr. Hans was back at it again, this time as a chiropractor not a player, helping out the Dubuque Miners. This team is a totally different atmosphere than last year but glad be welcomed back to this great organization. Also, he had a special assistant for the game who was a big helper when he wasn’t eating snack! The Miners did a great job and we look forward to continuing help these athletes reach their potential through chiropractic!

Our Yoga Pose of the Week is the Fish Pose! This pose helps stretch the muscles in the hips, ribs, and abs. Lay on the floor or on a bed and gently lift your upper back, keeping your bottom flat on the floor. Hold the pose for 2-3 deep breaths, then relax.
