This week, we're focusing on shoulder and arm stretches! All you need for a stretching session is a few minutes of time. It can help to pick a one or two stretches and set a reminder, such as a sticky note or phone alarm, to do them. Remember to hold each stretch for 30 seconds per side. Being aware of your blood pressure is one of the best things you can do for your health. Blood pressure that is too high can damage your heart and your kidneys, as well as raise stroke risk.

But how can you tell what is healthy? Normal blood pressure is below 120/80 mmHg.

Blood pressure numbers are divided into two portions. The top number is called your systolic blood pressure. The bottom number is called your diastolic blood pressure. These two numbers tell you how much pressure your blood puts on blood vessels during different phases of your heartbeat.
