🎉 Fun Fact Friday 🎉

This week, Illinois Eye Associates joined us for their CPR/AED recertification training—and we learned a fun new twist!

Dr. Jeff shared that “Even Flow” by Pearl Jam was recently added to the American Heart Association’s list of recommended songs to help keep the correct rhythm for CPR. 🎶❤️

Of course, their team fully embraced it—performing continuous hands-only CPR to this classic jam!

💡 Remember: Hands-only CPR should be performed at a rate of 100–120 beats per minute—so having the right song in your head can make all the difference in an emergency.

Great job to the Illinois Eye Associates team for bringing the energy and commitment to lifesaving skills!
