My name is Nicole Plourde - the person behind Mend&Move. I have been a massage therapist for 6 years. I recently began my own practice in Pepperell at the Art of Healing Holistic Center on Main Street. I specialize in helping my clients manage chronic pain through deep tissue massage, Trigger Point therapy, cupping, and much more. However, if you are just looking to relax, I can meet you wherever you're at! I am also a certified personal trainer, as I believe in a holistic approach.
