Choosing healthy nutrients for our body & adapting healing lifestyle practices daily is our most powerful weapon and medicine! True Wellness is a balance of our Nutritional, Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Environmental & Relational well-being (along with career path choices). Making much needed and necessary changes to bring each area of our lives into balance and healing, aides us in living our lives more healthily and fully (as God intended - "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”) Jeremiah 29:11

Complete "Health and Wellness" must encompass "ALL" these areas of our lives. We need to “Break the cycles & Change the patterns” that keep us from living a healthier fuller life. What we put into our bodies has a major effect on our health and well-being. Eating healthier and bringing more activity and exercise into our daily lives contributes to healthier physical bodies; but it doesn’t stop there! Our spiritual, emotional and relational well-being, as well as our environment, all have contributing factors (along with career choices) towards a more balanced, more fulfilled healthier lifestyle. The information on these pages is to help and guide you towards a healthier, fuller and more balanced lifestyle towards your individual, optimal wellness. Adapting healthier habits in every area of these spectrums, discussed in the page will guide and aide you in your choices for your daily routines and schedules. For something to become a lifestyle, it has to be a part of ourselves … our individual likes, wants and needs, or it simply will not work. “YOU” have to have and take part in your choices. Just as bio-individuality is key to successful healthy changes, (as one man’s food is another man’s poison {paraphrase from Thomas Middleton (playright) {by IIN’s Joshua Rosenthal), it is also true for “ALL” areas of our lives. The balance of all these areas resonates deeply within as true health and wellness must encompass “all” of these areas, not just one or a quick fix band aid. These healing changes we make are a lifelong walk. “Change the Patterns, Break the Cycle” of those things not beneficial for ourselves, and fill ourselves with body, heart, mind and soul nutrients that are healthier and more fulfilling for our total well-being. It's time to make those changes necessary for our health and well-being. It is NEVER too late to begin to make positive, healthier changes and choices for our individual, optimal wellness. One step at a time, one day at a time, one life at a time!
