Dr. Matthew Takahashi is proud to join the team at Lakes Dental Care and is excited to make the Brainerd Lakes Area his new home. Originally from Sturgis, South Dakota, he completed his undergraduate studies at Saint John’s University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Takahashi’s passion for dentistry is rooted in service, compassion and trust. He is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and confident. He stays current with the latest advancements in dental practices to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.

After spending the past year practicing in his hometown, Dr. Takahashi is looking forward to building strong relationships within the Brainerd Lakes community. Outside the office, he enjoys supporting Minnesota sports teams, as well as spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

We're looking forward to welcoming Dr. Takahashi to our office in August!
