📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' quality of life through:

Personal Care & Support: Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility/transferring.

Health & Wellness Monitoring: Tracking and documenting vital signs, providing medication reminders, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Companionship & Environment: Providing emotional support, preparing nutritious meals, and handling light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.

Specialized Care: Supporting individuals with long-term care or hospice care requirements.

✔️ Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in home community care or long-term care settings is preferred, but not required.

Certifications: Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar is a plus, but not mandatory (training is provided).

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic cooking skills for client dietary needs, and familiarity with basic medical terminology/documentation.

Physical Ability: Ability to safely lift and assist clients using proper transfer techniques.
