✨We are confident that you need some REST✨

🕯️ Take some time and show up for you in Yin, tonight with Shannon. This relaxing and calming class will have you “sleeping so well” afterwards, we hear! 💤

🌀 This quieter more meditative practice will have you hold passive floor postures that mainly target the hips, pelvis, low back, legs and lower parts of the body. These areas are rich in connective tissue and fascia. These poses when held can help rejuvenate the body.
💫 Yin yoga is a wonderful compliment to a busy life, and high intensity workouts. Yin is suitable for all yoga levels. Try it out tonight!
