I have a ton of people asking this question and why I switched to Arbonne for our protein shakes.I will also print this out to have at the till for my HS girls. 😃
This is the response I was given from Google when I asked Arbonne vs Herbalife protein shakes. If you don't want to read all this(but I recommend you do) skip to the last paragraph and it will tell you which to choose based on your values.
I'm not trying to say the products I formally used are bad, I'm just trying to offer something more aligned with my values. We also offer Just Ingredients Shakes that are Whey based for those wanting to bulk vs lose weight. It's nice to be able to offer a variety now where in the past we were limited to 1 brand. We have a large variety of brands now.⬇️⬇️
Herbalife and Arbonne protein shakes both offer meal replacement options, but differ in protein source, ingredients, and focus; Arbonne emphasizes plant-based (pea, rice, cranberry), lower glycemic index, fewer additives, and organic ingredients, while Herbalife (Formula 1) uses soy protein, often contains added sugars like corn syrup/dextrose (despite claims), and relies more on synthetic nutrients and bulking agents, with Arbonne generally appealing to those seeking cleaner, plant-focused nutrition and Herbalife for structured meal replacement programs.

Herbalife Protein Shakes (e.g., Formula 1)
Protein Source: Primarily soy protein.
Key Features: Meal replacement, aims for weight management (2 meals replaced = 0.5-1 lb/week loss), 20g protein.
Ingredients Focus: Contains more synthetic vitamins/minerals, bulking agents, sweeteners (dextrose, corn syrup), and additives, despite claims of no added sugar in some mixes.
Best For: People following Herbalife's structured weight loss/management programs.
Key Differences to Consider
Ingredients: Arbonne generally offers a "cleaner," more organic, plant-based profile, while Herbalife relies more on isolates and added synthetics.
Sugar/GI: Arbonne promotes its lower glycemic index; Herbalife's often contains added sugars like dextrose, impacting blood sugar.

Which to Choose?
Choose Arbonne if: You prefer a vegan, lower-sugar, plant-based shake with organic ingredients and fewer additives.
Choose Herbalife if: You're committed to their specific meal replacement plan and are comfortable with its ingredient list.
