SCAHC will be offering sports physicals to help students be prepared for the 2026-2027 school year. Staff will be on campus Thursday, May 14, and are able to assist members of the San Carlos Apache Tribe or any federally recognized tribe. Forms must be picked up at SC High School and returned by May 11. Please see the attached flyer for complete details.

IMPORTANT: All forms must be signed by the parent or guardian and returned by May 11, 2026. A parent/guardian must be present and stay with the student during the physical.
