It will include a one-hour FitCamp with Kristin and Colleen, a one-hour talk with physical therapist Erin King, a one-hour conversation with chiropractor Jamie Buesing, and conclude with a Q&A nutrition session with Colleen.

Spend some time with your galentines and your favorite KM ladies making this cute succulent planter with ! You will begin with a 7 inch wooden heart tray and plant with your choice of succulents. Add accents including terrarium stones and colorful reindeer moss. This easy project makes a great gift for someone you love!
This class will include all materials listed as well as instruction on the care of your plants. Your ticket also includes charcuterie provided by , which will be offered as a grazing table for your enjoyment. If you wish, please feel free to BYOB!
