Focusing on the sacred yogic teachings, Shine’s instructors lead classes in the Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions. Shine Yoga Center prides itself on being a solely yoga-centered space that makes the practice accessible to children, teens, and adults of all ages. Our holistic approach cultivates all aspects of the student by focusing on the physical, spiritual, and intellectual elements of the yoga practice. Through service within and beyond the walls of the studio, the teachers and students at Shine Yoga Center demonstrate a strong commitment to karma yoga in the Bucks County community. The Center offers monthly workshops on topics such as Kundalini yoga and restorative practices. Students also enjoy a weekly Mantra & Meditation class. Shine Yoga Center welcomes practitioners at all stages in their physical and spiritual journeys.
