e class with a great teacher who makes sure we are doing the poses correctly for the maximum health benefit! Classes are held in the beautiful old Methodist church that sits in the middle of the Oklahoma Territorial Plaza on the north side of Perkins, OK... that sits just up the hill from the mighty Cimarron river. Contrary to some people's idea about yoga: This is NOT a religion class- this is a health and fitness class, friends.... ya'll come! Everyone is invited to join us- women, men, young people, athletes, non-athletes, those in shape and those of us who need to get in shape! We will be adding another day to the week soon, but for now, classes meet: Sundays from 5-6pm and Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45pm. Bridget doesn't have a set fee, she just asks for a donation, $5-10 for each class. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfy clothes... it's easiest to go barefoot- to grip the mat- so tennis shoes are not needed for this class.
