Sacred Self Yoga! I’d love for you to practice with me this summer. After listening to your feedback I’m offering a Wednesday evening class and Sunday afternoon option! 🧘‍♀️

Wednesday June 25 @ 6pm- Slow Burn 🔥! Expect the studio to be pretty warm with long strong holds in the poses. As always I’ll have options for you! If this studio is anything it’s a place for ALL of us.

Sunday July 20 @ 4pm Power Yoga! Again embracing thr summer season. 🍓 The studio will be hot! Dynamic Flows, Breath & Sweat!

We always offer complimentary water, props and mats if needed.

Sunday April 27 @ 9:30am join us at Sacred Self Yoga for functional flow and meditation. In this extended class Marcella Dragolich Russell will guide us through an all levels accessible practice and meditation designed to bring awareness to the body and mind. 🧘‍♀️🫁🩶🫀

Our final practice together…for now. 💕Yoga has a way to transform and open areas of the body mind and spirit. Set with the right intention, it can heal in various ways. This Valentine’s weekend join Megan for a heart centered themed Restorative Yoga class. We will explore heart opening yoga poses in this class, to heal and open our hearts! Put a little love in your heart! As always look forward to a savasana massage at the end of practice. Bring a friend, partner or just yourself for some added self love ❤️

It’s been a beautiful 2 years. Thank you all so much. It’s been a privilege to have been a part of your journey. There are 2 more classes at the studio. Functional Flow this Sunday and Restorative Yoga on 2/15 at 4pm.
