Thank you to everyone for following FHA Wellness, which is an extension of Fritsche's Hockey Academy.
The goal and mission of FHA Wellness is to provide all athletes with clean and natural supplements needed to fuel, heal and Aspire, in order to reach their full potential as both an athlete and person.
We will soon be partnering with more companies we truly believe in the helps and heals the brain and body.
We will also be posting blogs on our site from other pro or former pro athletes touching on subjects which include, preparation, self confidence, nutrition and recovery.
