I’ve had a lot of new people following this page lately and asking what exactly I do, so I wanted to make a simple post to explain it.
I help people who feel stuck, stressed, run down, low energy, overwhelmed, inflamed, dealing with stubborn weight, poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, hormone shifts, or just feeling “off” and not sure where to start.
My approach is focused on supporting the body as a whole instead of just chasing symptoms.
What I offer:
✨ Biofeedback Scans + Light Support Sessions
These scans give a snapshot of how your body may be responding to stress right now. We look at patterns involving stress load, nervous system balance, organs, emotions, minerals, energy pathways, and more. It’s not a diagnosis — it’s a wellness tool that helps guide where support may be needed.
As part of the session, I also use a low-level light laser (photobiomodulation) programmed with supportive frequencies based on the stress markers that show up in your scan. This is designed to gently encourage balance, relaxation, and recovery while supporting the body’s natural processes.
✨ Personalized Wellness Guidance
Based on your scan results, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle, I help create a simple plan that may include stress support, nervous system regulation, recovery tools, nutrition/lifestyle shifts, and wellness strategies tailored to YOU.
✨ Peptide Education + Coaching
For those interested, I also help educate on research peptides and supportive protocols for things like recovery, metabolism, sleep, skin, stress, energy, and overall wellness. This is always personalized and optional.
