Yesterday was Resilient Mind's 2nd birthday! When Dr. Purvis and I started this practice in 2023, it was just the two of us and a handful of patients. We now have an amazing team of nurse practitioners, therapists, and office staff and have had the opportunity to help hundreds in our community and beyond. We are honored that you chose us for your mental health needs and look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Dear Resilient Minds patients,

We have been made aware that letters have gone out to patients covered by BCBS-FEP stating we are an out of network provider. We are working to have this issue resolved. We have been informed of such letters being sent out for several other offices in the area as well. At this time, you do not owe us the amount listed on the EOB.

We hope to have this issue resolved quickly!
