Happy !

I wear many hats on a daily basis: trainer, mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, caregiver. The list goes on.

But, some days, I need an ACTUAL hat, whether it's a bad hair day or to protect my head from the rain or cold.

I love to wear a hat when I've, maybe, gone one too many days in between hair washes.

A cute cap is the perfect accessory to a cute gym 'fit when you're a trainer, too!

Don't allow sore muscles to become sedentary.

This is when you should work through the pain.

Otherwise, you risk making the soreness worse.

Opt for a Flexibility/Mobility Workout instead of strength training, as well as incorporating some stretching.

It might not feel great in the moment, but your muscles will thank you later!

Counting down the days til this is my daily form of self care again.

The sound of the bubblers, the warmth of the sunshine, and the peaceful feeling I get from being in the water is the best medicine I have for anxiety.

I may have a bit of the Winter Blues, but I am thankful for the warmer days we have had lately.

I can at least sit on my patio furniture, with the view of the pool, and still feel relaxed.

May your Monday be as smooth as me on the ice!

The start of the New Year has had me thinking of new ways to challenge myself, in terms of fitness.

Ice skating was the first step and it did not disappoint!

It was a fantastic way to be active with my whole family AND it was SUPER FUN!

I really hope I have the chance to go at least one more time this Winter.

My fashion style has many modes, but activewear is what I am in 90% of the time.

Just because I can't dress up doesn't mean I can't dress cute!
