Rachael Callaway, DC is a 43 year old mom of 2 who joined Coastal Complete Care in October 2024. She treated patients on opposite work days to Dr Bethea for 10 months up until he relocated this summer. She currently has clinic hours available Monday through Thursday seeing chiropractic patients.

Dr Rachael graduated in 2019 with a Chiropractic degree from Logan University. She worked in Port St Lucie and Vero Beach FL before joining us at Coastal Complete Care last year. She is originally from Missouri and currently lives in Tallahassee. She stays active and busy with her 15 year old son locally and her 20 year old daughter in college in Missouri. She has a long list of hospitality and patient care experience over the years. She started as a CNA Home Health Aid and even completed her Massage Therapist Certification. She currently practices using various chiropractic adjusting techniques and multiple Regenerative Therapies. She has a vast range of experiences that have helped her become the caring, competent and trustworthy person that she is today. Our current patients have accepted and recommended Dr Rachael and we couldn't be happier.

As seasons change and time marches forward, moments come when we must say goodbye to a chapter that has brought growth, memories, and meaning. In July, we extended our heartfelt farewell to Shane Bethea, DC whose leadership, vision, and dedication have shaped Coastal Complete Care into what it is today.
Dr Bethea poured passion, effort, and care into every detail ā€” from nurturing relationships with customers and staff to building a legacy that we are all proud of. Under his guidance, the business grew, earned a loyal following, and became a beloved part of the community. We thank you for your tireless work and unwavering commitment. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your impact will continue to inspire us.
As we close this chapter, we also open an exciting new one. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new owner, Sunny Gill, DC, who brings fresh energy, ideas, and a shared love for what makes this place so special. Dr Gill comes to us with a strong background in Chiropractic & Regenerative Therapies, and shares the same values of quality, community, and care that has always been at the heart of Coastal Complete Care.

The man, the myth, the legendā€¦

But more importantly, my friend, is retiring today.

From taking care of patients, to planting food plots, moving deer stands, running tractors, getting stuck in the woods during our lunch break (we used a 1 inch ratchet strap to get unstuck by the way. True story) to going fishing after work, helping me any time I needed to track a deer, to most importantly always being there to provide his shoulder to lean on during some very rough times in my life.

This guy is more of a brother than a friend and I couldnā€™t be happier for him. Enjoy it, brother. You deserve it.

Swing by the office any time today if you wish and give ol Benny a hug, kiss, or swift kick to the butt to wish him well on his retirement.

He hates his picture being posted by the way. I canā€™t wait until he sees how many I posted. And donā€™t ask him about all of our ā€œShane and Bennyā€ stories. The statute of limitations isnā€™t up quite yet. šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Hurricane hours:

We will be open Wednesday at 8:00 and closing at 12:00 for both Chiropractic and Medical careā€¦ā€¦

If you already have an appointment, wear your running shoes because we may just put you to work while you are here!

Most likely we will be open again on Monday, but that is up to what the Good Lord sees fit of course. Prayers are going up for everyone to stay safe!!

Hurricane office hours:

Coastal Complete will be closed Monday and Tuesday due to the incoming hurricane. We plan on being Open for normal office hours on Wednesday, God willing.

We will get ahold of everyone to be sure that your appointments get rescheduled quickly, as soon as possible.
